1. Who we are

Move Abroad ("we", "us") is provided by Move abroad with my dog, a business based in Antwerp, Belgium. VAT/KBO: BE 0475.501.720. The registered legal entity behind the site is named in our Privacy Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, sales tax/VAT, and receipts. 2. What Move Abroad is

Move Abroad is an informational tool that surfaces visa and residency pathways based on the answers you provide. We are not a law firm, immigration consultancy, or licensed advisor. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.

3. No guarantee of accuracy

Visa rules change constantly. We make a good-faith effort to keep our data current, but we make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Always verify requirements directly with the official government source and a qualified immigration professional before making any decision.

4. Acceptable use

You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or use automated tools to abuse the service. You may not misrepresent your identity or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Paid features and billing

Some features are part of a paid Pro tier or a one-time guide purchase. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation are presented at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices are shown in USD and do not include sales tax unless applicable tax is collected at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

6. Refunds

We offer a 7-day no-questions refund for first-time purchases and subscription upgrades. If you have not accessed any paid content, you can also request a refund within 7 days. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. See our refund policy for full details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules grant you the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
